Collection
Orders can be collected from our Gloucester factory. This can be selected when ordering online and must be collected in person not by a third party courier. Please note all items are made to order so we will advise a collection date on payment.

International Duties & Customs
All export orders are supplied with DAP (Delivered At Place) Incoterms. This means that you assume responsibility for, and may be subject to, import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the destination country.

Within the UK these are provided FOC at our discretion and we do our best to despatch in 1-2 days.
